For Ava bracelet 2.0+
Before wearing the Ava bracelet for the first time, it needs to be paired with the app.
iOS phone:
Please make sure your phone is running iOS 10 or higher and has a connection to the internet and that Bluetooth is turned on.
Android phone:
Please make sure your phone is running on Android operating system 5.0 or higher, and has a connection to the internet. Also, make sure that the Ava Fertility app has permissions to access location services (GPS icon).
1. Bring your bracelet close to your phone.
2. Open the Ava Fertility app.
3. The app will show a pairing screen (“Searching for Ava bracelet…”) if you haven’t paired the bracelet before.
4. Once the app has found your bracelet, click Pair. Alternative: Tap on the More button from the navigation bar and then go to the “My Ava Bracelet” view. On that view, tap the option "Pair bracelet".
Note: There is no need to plug in your bracelet to power during this process as its Bluetooth signal is continuously activated.
