The bracelet needs to be worn for at least four hours during the night and record at least 3 hours of sleep. If you are seeing "Data quality insufficient" and you wore the bracelet for at least four hours, there are a few other things to check:

1. Was the bracelet fully charged before you wore it?

2. Did you leave the bracelet unplugged for a long time before wearing it?  In this case, the bracelet should be synced before wearing it to bed in order to restore the bracelet's time stamp.

We recommend for both scenarios 1. and 2. above that you follow these charging recommendations:

3. Were the sensors on the underside of the bracelet making continuous contact with the skin on top of your wrist throughout the entire night? The bracelet should be worn with a snug fit.

4. Was the green light on the underside of the sensor pod still on in the morning?

When you wear the bracelet, a  green light should appear on the underside of the bracelet - the part that touches your skin - and remain on throughout the entire night and still be on until the morning when you sync. If the green light on the underside of the bracelet is no longer on when you wake up in the morning, please fully charge and sync again before wearing it the next night.

Should you once more not have good quality data, your bracelet may be defective and we ask you to contact Customer Support team who are happy to look into the details for you.
