If you find that your bracelet is getting hot while wearing it on your wrist, please remove the device and discontinue use immediately.

If you find that the device is getting hot while charging, please unplug the device from power.

In both cases, please contact Customer Support. Do not continue use or charging if the device is hot.

The heating of the device may be related to the adapter or power bank that you're using. Devices such as power banks and portable chargers can deliver too much power, causing your bracelet to feel hot to the touch. The overheating condition can lead to a potential malfunction of the Ava bracelet.

Here are some Do's and Don'ts when it comes to charging your Ava bracelet:

DO use an IEC 60950-1 or IEC 62368-1 standard compliant power adapter to connect the Ava charging cable to the power outlet.

DO unplug the power adapter and cable if your Ava bracelet has finished charging.

DO keep the cable head free of dust and debris.

DON'T use the Ava charging cable for any purpose other than to charge the Ava bracelet. It cannot be used for data transmission or to charge other devices.

DON'T use the cable in wet locations, such as near a sink, bathtub, or shower stall, and never touch the power adapter or cable with wet hands.

DON'T place your bracelet on or close to flammable surfaces while charging.
